Radiotherapy Specialist
Gabriela Ciobanu is a Specialist Radiation Oncologist and joined the Amethyst team in 2024.
Education
She graduated from the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, studying between 2013 and 2019.
She has participated in courses and conferences in Romania and abroad in the field of radiotherapy, ESTRO 2022.

Member of SRROM (Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology) since 2020.
Member of ESTRO (European Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology) since 2021.
Member of ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) since 2022.
Experience
Dr. Gabriela Ciobanu worked as a resident between 2020 and 2023 at the Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuță Oncology Institute in Cluj-Napoca and between 2023 and 2024 at the Timișoara Municipal Emergency Clinical Hospital.

Her areas of special interest are ENT tumors, brain tumors, breast tumors, digestive tumors, and urogenital tumors.
