Radiotherapy Specialist
Dr. Gabriela Avram is a Radiotherapy Specialist and has been part of the Amethyst Satu-Mare team since 2025.
Experience
Dr. Gabriela Avram completed her medical training at the Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuță Oncology Institute in Cluj-Napoca, as well as volunteering at the Amethyst Cluj clinic.
Throughout her career, she has participated in professional training courses both in Romania and abroad to keep up to date with the latest radiotherapy techniques.
Education
She graduated from the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca and completed her residency at the “Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuță” Oncology Institute.
Affiliations
Dr. Gabriela Avram is an active member of ESTRO (European Society of Radiation Oncology) and SRROM (Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology).
Areas of interest
Her areas of special interest are gynecological and digestive cancers, ENT cancers, urological and breast cancers, as well as palliative radiotherapy and stereotaxy.
