Dr. Manolescu has participated as a sub-investigator in numerous phase three clinical trials.
Education
He completed his training in the Oncological Institute “Prof. Dr. Ion Chiricuță” Cluj Napoca and graduated from the master’s program “Palliative Care Management and Strategies” at Transilvania University Brasov.
Memberships
He is an active member of ESMO (European Society of Medical Oncology), ASCO (American Society of Medical Oncology) and SRROM (Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology).
Areas of expertise
Areas of particular interest are modern treatments of tumours of the gynaecological sphere, bronchopulmonary tumours and tumours of the digestive tract. At the Amethyst clinic, Dr. Manolescu is a member of the Department of Medical Oncology and coordinates activities to assess and improve patients’ quality of life.
